We work with clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, offering both in-person sessions across and beyond the Kathmandu Valley and accessible online counselling. Our team of trained psychologists and counsellors is dedicated to creating a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for healing and growth.
We know what we are but not what we may be.
In addition to counselling services, we run a Skill-Based Internship Program for aspiring psychologists. This is a training-based, monthly program with a participation fee, designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to fieldwork, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Interns gain the opportunity to assist experts, attend field trips, and lead small programs under supervision, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
